terrible and doesn’t work
why send us emails for an app that doesn’t even work? when you try to sign in you get about 50 emails telling you to verify, and the freaking link doesn’t even work. fix your app before you start spamming emails. not impressed.
Poo in a kettle
Started off by logging in, decided to take my first year of uni to process an EMAIL ACCOUNT. All to say it couldn't validate anything😊. Then sent me an email to validate said email account which of course took another TWO YEARS. When it did finally load it asked me to press a button to then validate it allowing me time to finish my MASTERS before telling me it validated my email. Finally, had to return to the login (thinking me email had been validated) which gave me time to BACKPACK THE GLOBE to again tell me my email wasn't valid👍. 10/10 cheers john

Application this slow in 2026 should not be allowed, takes too long to load and then keeps telling me there is an error.

always being logged out of my email address 1000s of times and it’s buggy in general and doesn’t have a broad enough range of courses to choose from and it shows nothing on the app
Completely useless
Loads for hours, the flatmate chats aren’t even actually people in your flat?? Makes no sense
