Don’t waste your money

Can’t enter kids names. It looks like you can from the preview. Emailed developer and have heard nothing. I expected more from Kagan branding.

Great but...

This is better for my class then the spinners. I started with the spinner app. I have had many awkward, repetitive team selections using the spinners. This awkwardness can be programmed not to happen with this app. I teach secondary and my students fist pumped and shouted ”yes!” when I announced that we will not have repeats! The spinners made a more playful atmosphere, whereas these selectors have a formal vibe.

Downside of this app is the programs do not save. The sounds could be more intense. The colors could be customized. An analog face would be welcomed. Also adding an a / b / c / d would be a great addition. Additionally, the app’s poor graphics on the iPad are noticeable by secondary students.

Nokia POS lookin jawn

App has the graphics equivalent to snake on the Nokia brick phone.. And none of the fun. Doesn't even randomly select teams like it says.

Missing some features

I use Kagan Cooperative Learning Structures so I thought this app would be perfect. I specifically wanted the team AND student selector feature to replace my spinner. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll use the app now that I've purchased and tried it. To me, the display seems backwards (shows the student selection first, then the team selection). This seems odd for structures I use a lot, like Numbered Heads Together. Also, the noise is awful and not customizable. If these issues were resolved, this app would be a daily part of my classroom.

Ouch

The sound effects need to be improved to something that is easier on the ears
