Great workout for me!
Before coming to Studio 6, I had not successfully or regularly exercised in 10 years. I was sure this would be another " try-it-a-few-times-and-fade-away" venture, but I have been consistently going 3x a week for over 2 years now - it is GREAT! Fits all ages and types of people. The instructors are phenomenal! Thank you Studio 6!
