Studio Eleven

We are a boutique infrared fitness studio designed to strengthen, sculpt, and elevate. Our classes draw inspiration from Pilates, barre, strength, and cardio—blending controlled movement with higher-intensity training in a heated environment. Studio Eleven was created to offer a more elevated approach to fitness—where movement, environment, and experience come together. We believe workouts should feel as good as they are effective. Every detail—from the heat to the lighting to the music—is intentionally designed to create an immersive, results-driven experience.
