Easy to use + beautiful interface
There is literally a meditation for everything! I love that you can filter through the meditations by what you are currently feeling or how you want to feel. And love that there are new meditations being added all the time. As a mom it’s important that I take care of myself first and have practices to lean on. This is the perfect app and resource for anyone looking to bring more ease and peace into their life
