Charged but app not working
Definitely charged twice and uploaded my request but nothing is coming thru. The app doesn’t recognize that I’ve made an upload.

Ich wollte auch einmal ausprobieren also habe ich 10 Bilder gewählt und die 6,99€ bezahlt und dann kamm eine Meldung kein Studio verfügbar? Aber die 6,99€ sind schon weg? App reagiert nicht und mann kann nicht melden oder geld zurück fragen? Darum schreib ich hier jetzt. Es geht auch ums Geld aber auch um das dass viele Leute zahlen und nichts zurück bekommen, also ABZOCKE. Wie erlaubt Apple sowas?

Don’t do it
Literally just takes your money and never delivers pictures to you. Don’t waste your money
Do NOT Purchase
This app will NOT do anything but take your money. Apple is refusing to refund me at this point. It will appear to time out, but it is charging you. It will not deliver your photos or any photos.
Purchased photos but never received
I downloaded the app yesterday and made a purchase and waited over an hour like the app told me to do. After that it’s like the app reset even though I took my Apple account and I was definitely charged. I thought maybe it was a glitch so I bought it again for $5.99+ tax. I still have nothing to show for it. The app says I have no studios available a waste of money and my time.

You contacted us by mail and we offered all the help we could. We even deliver your photos via email. The app has been updated and you have been able to see your photos. It is clearly not scam. We are sorry for the inconvenience in the delivery, with the new version this does not happen again.
