BEST JEWELRY EVER, nonfunctional app
love love love LOVE all their jewelry, so fun and affordable without giving me a rash because they use excellent materials!!! i am constantly ordering new items to the point where im starting to develop a habit!
however, the quality of the app is inversely proportional to how amazing as their products are. :( the only reason i even got the app was for the advertised rewards program (since i’m ordering so frequently i was excited to actually use it), but the app doesn’t seem to allow me to log in properly ever, making the large number of rewards points i was excited to earn now nonexistent.
it’s never stopping me from shopping here!! i just was hoping to use some rewards points to justify buying so many earrings to my partner :)

Can’t Log In
Have tried logging in 3 times, deleting the app and reinstalling it each time. It just perpetually loads. Can’t add to my wishlist. No point in having it if I can’t do that lol.

Love love LOVE Studiocults jewelery, have purchased from them many times. However, the app randomly logs you out which can be quite frustrating in terms of keeping track of orders! Hope to see a fix soon
