StudioGamePlan (SGP)

StudioGamePlan is a mobile-first production workspace for indie video game creators, studios, and teams. Instead of working from disconnected task lists and scattered files, teams can organize a game project as a digital studio. Each production area works like its own office: Product, Design, Narrative, Art, Characters, Programming, Audio, Levels, QA, Builds, Assets, Marketing, and Finance. Owners can create a workspace, set up a project, assign area leads, generate internal office passes, and manage access. Members can enter their assigned office, review their tasks, follow the GDD, upload files, comment, approve shared work, and track progress with the rest of the team. Office passes are only for internal collaboration and project permissions. They are not paid unlocks, license keys, premium access codes, or external purchase mechanisms.
