Tolle App, toller Support

Die App ist gut und sehr hilfreich. Nach dem letzten Update hatte ich zwar ein Problem, aber nachdem ich das Support-Team kontaktiert habe, wurde mir schnell und freundlich geholfen. Jetzt funktioniert alles wieder einwandfrei.

App won’t open

Accessing web version because the app gets stuck on the logo and won’t load. However, my entire project where I saved all of my study materials for my current class on the web version is now completely MISSING. Everything I saved is gone. This app came highly recommended but I advise not to rely on it to work or save any documents or projects because they won’t be there when you go back to the site. Very disappointing and frustrating.

The app doesn’t ever work

I paid a full year for this and the app won’t even work . It just freezes

Very very useful app

This app got made me thriving when I got my marks and I really liked it , it teaches me, and it even has its own ai assistant so you don’t need to search it on another app

Untrustworthy

Doesn’t record on occasion and lectures are lost. I would not trust this system at all, make sure you back up any recordings by using another device or take notes as well. Defeats the whole purpose of the app. So maybe try a different one that is more reliable. Don’t pay for services that are mediocre and only work sometimes.

No way to cancel!

Buyer beware!!! I have spent the last two days trying to cancel my subscription and the app and website make it as difficult as possible. It’s now charged me again.

Horrible customer service

I had canceled this subscription months ago. Then was charged for a new subscription. I immediately cancelled and reached out regarding a refund (which is in their refund policy) and they said they couldn’t do a refund. When I showed them their own policy on their site they then said I used it to look at a paper TODAY. THE DAY INEAS CHARGED AND CANCELED. It was for a page I looked at a long time ago. I haven’t been in that class in MONTHS. They 100% lied to keep my money. There are better places to go. Avoid them.

Not quality answers for UK exams.

I am sure I cancelled this subscription in the free period, but was charged £37+. I was not satisfied with the UK A level exam material. Hardly any options.
