About

Study Sprint Timer is an offline focus timer for students who want to start studying and actually keep going. A small scholarly owl keeps you company: study daily and it thrives, skip a day and it misses you. You open it and start with one tap. Pick a 20 or 40 minute sprint, or set a length of your own. When you cannot tell how long the library day will run, switch to Free Study: an open-ended stopwatch that counts toward your streak and picks up where it left off even after a force quit. The timer sits on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with pause and finish buttons right there. The Apple Watch app has a timer of its own. If you came here to read, say so during setup and the app reshapes itself around it: your current book on the home screen, pages instead of coursework. You start a session with a book and, if you want, a page goal, and the summary tells you how far you got. It measures your own pace to estimate how much reading time the book has left. Set a yearly book goal in Settings and watch your library fill up. Every day you study fills one square of the year heatmap. Your weekly chart, personal records and most productive hours live on the stats screen, and the calendar view follows your streak day by day. You can export your whole history as CSV, and write finished sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes. You decide how it looks. There are 26 light and dark themes, and you can preview each one across the whole app before committing; the app icon changes colour along with the theme. You name the categories yourself: maths, English, software, whatever you happen to be studying. Snooze-able smart alarms and motivation reminders are there too. It was built with high school and university students, self-learners and bootcamp students in mind. It works just as well if you are preparing for exams like YKS, LGS, KPSS or IELTS, or if you are a remote worker who likes the pomodoro rhythm. You do not need an account. There is no server behind the app and no analytics SDK inside it, so what you study stays on your phone. Premium is optional. It removes ads for good, unlocks every theme, and keeps an independent developer going. Something feels off? Tell us from Settings. We read every message. What's New in Study Sprint Timer

1.4.1

August 24, 2026

A few screens got easier to live with. • Adding an exam? Pick it from the list. SAT, ACT, GRE and the rest show up with a sensible date already filled in • Tap an exam to open its own page: the hours you've put into it and a 30-day chart • The weekly goal screen now says what your target means per day, and the ring tracks your real week • The streak calendar is more compact, so a month fits without scrolling • End-of-session and break notifications stopped sounding like a receipt • In Europe you now get a proper ads consent screen, and you can change your answer later from Settings, under Legal Something feels off? Tell us from Settings. We read every message.
