Got charged for this free app

When I clicked for the free app I was immediately charged for it. Checked my bank card right away and it was there. How do I go about an reimbursement. Thank you.

App UI is messed up

I am on an iPhone X Max and the app’s UI is completely screwed up making it almost unusable. I’m not talking just mild cutoffs or other similar minor distractions. Can’t imagine you don’t immediately see the problems.
