I used this to study for the FTCE exam and social science 6-12 exams. This app was a complete waste of money. Nothing they practiced you on was relevant. The videos they gave you, quizzes, and practice exam were relevant to the information you are tested on. Again, this is a complete waste of money. Do not use this app.

Depends on course
Basing this off one of the math courses I am taking being ridiculously hard. Lesson is short with not much of an example showing the work. Some quiz and tests questions left me confused. It resulted in me backtracking to a textbook and Google to find the work necessary to get the answers.
Amazing content!
Study.com is an incredible, student-friendly, thorough program, and the courses have lessons with the student’s choice of videos and/or transcripts to learn content. Another awesome feature is that there are quizzes at the end of every single lesson to practice and get instant feedback, as well as tests for larger chapters or sections to review in more depth. Highly recommend!

I tried to cancel three times they never emailed me back about the videos, not working and I still want my money back. They have no way to get in contact with them.

I used the study.com app to prep for the CLAD and single-subject CSETs for English and Social Sciences. I passed all three!
No way to cancel from the app
I wasn't able to cancel from the app and it wasn't a free 7 day as stated... I was charged three months before i even figured out how to cancel not to mention.

If it wasn’t a necessity….
There is not a single “educational” app or format that fills me with more rage than this one. I have to take two classes from this joke of a place and their information in the courses is so over-simplified, out-dated, and subjective, that it is nearly impossible to even guess what they think correct answers are. And if you need to take the final exam in the class?? Get ready for the most explosively annoying experience in your education. They take pictures of your driver’s license and then the system freezes and you have to start all over again. It’s like they want you so angry that you won’t do well on the final. I reported problems with information presented and they proceeded to change the answer but not the question. If you can avoid this, take a class anywhere else and save yourself the intense aggravation.

I keep trying to restart my membership but it keeps declining. What a waste of my time. No merchant I've ever used is this bad at denying services. And horrible response times across the board. Deserves more 1-star reviews.

I subscribed for two months to study for my Elementary Ed Licensure tests (ORELA) and I aced both! A little spendy for a college student but worth it in my opinion.
Great… when it works
It’s formatted mostly well & is easy to understand the lessons with the videos & reading options. However the technical issues are ridiculous. Multiple times its crashed and given me an error that “Video lessons are not part of my plan”. Every time I’ve had to just sit and wait for it to work again. Usually a day or two. When you’re studying for exams those one or two days can make or break you. Plus there have been multiple errors of questions being on quizzes for incorrect chapters, quizzes loading too many questions and freezing, having to close out the app in the middle of a quiz and progress being erased etc. All of these problems on a course that costs $77 a month is absurd.

This app is completely anti user friendly. Versus a complete flash card set they are separated into categories with only two terms then you have to go into each set. Quizlet style would include a complete set. Same with video. Versus being able to watch consecutive videos they are 4-5 minute videos in categories that you have to exit each then go into subject topic.
