Unprofessional Maths Faculty
I am writing to provide constructive feedback on the HPSC batch Maths faculty, whose conduct during live sessions has been unprofessional and distracting. The faculty frequently eats while teaching, often with the microphone on, creating irritating background noises, and young children roam around in the background, further disrupting the lecture. These issues significantly hinder concentration and the overall learning experience for students. I kindly request that the platform address this promptly by enforcing session etiquette guidelines and ensuring a focused teaching environment moving forward.

Good App
The interface of this app is simple yet effective. Topic and exam segregated videos, notes (printable + handwritten) are really helpful in making Daily Current Affairs notes. Quizzes are also provided for revision test. They have helped me a lot to retain the information. All in all this app is very useful. Thank u Gaurav Sir 👍🏻

Please fix the bug. In iOS, the phone overheats a lot, and after 30 minutes, the application closes automatically. The phone also gets extremely hot.

I had heard a lot of hype about StudyIQ from various sources, so I decided to purchase their membership specifically for current affairs. However, after subscribing, I discovered that they do not upload daily current affairs regularly. The daily updates are often delayed by 10-15 days, and the best monthly current affairs are sometimes not uploaded for months.
When I reached out to customer care, instead of addressing the issue, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Their standard response is always, “We have forwarded your feedback, and the updates will be uploaded soon.” Even after three months of raising the same issue, the response remains unchanged.
I strongly advise students not to get trapped by this.

I purchased the their course and then due to family issue I needed to cancel the course. So, I requested for cancellation and refund but they refused to do so even though it had just been one day from the purchase.

You stole my money
I was using your courses and those were really helpful. I recommend to so many people. But I mistakenly purchased 4000 worth, I sent you mail quickly support executive said they can’t refund me but they can send books or any other course worth for money and they deleted course i purchased in my dashboard. I sent address and list of books, still nothing came. I approached customer-care so many times but I didn’t got any proper reply.

No option to delete recording
There's literally no option to delete a recording of a particular class, you'll have to delete the whole app, and if u put a session on recording for download it doesn't appears in the download section, only after multiple trials it's there.
Best educational platform
I am a proud student of study iq platform they are such a best in india faculty and the best part is this that they understand their students problems (especially financial) and give discounts according to their budget because they believe that each one of the students have a bright future and thats all . Great love and respect for them❤️

Quality is good but big problems is offline video are not available /means that video download option is not available, and that not a good thing for those who belong form a local (network problem area) so , plz fix that issue. Thanks

Screenshot issue , PIP mode and split screen
Overall the app is much improved with the given updates but after the latest update provided, I am not able to take screenshot. The screenshots turns black and screen turns black when I screen record, Just like when someone try to take screenshots on netflix. Please fix it as i have send you the details with proof to your mail. And please bring pip mode and split screen too.

Good app for Prep
The app runs flawlessly no issue regarding us. Only issue is that the notes should be available for download and the view of the uploaded pdf is not having a good quality. Hope this will be improved in future.

Inclusion of “split screen’ feature on iPad
The recent update which allows to take in-app online classes which resembles completely to the mobile is very good. Just would like the ‘split screen’ feature to be added as it would be helpful for making and referring to notes simultaneously. Thank You.

Bugs, very poorly designed
Landscape mode not working, you cannot double click on video to forward by 10 seconds, the button available in the player hangs and many other issues. My local coaching has better iOS app than this. Really did not expect from a company which has backing from Google. My words maybe little rude but sorry. A lot of word to be done to solve basic issues.

Simple and tidy
Hi, It is so exciting to see iOS version of the app, finally the wait is over but there are some issues i want to make you notice, 1) Allow video playback on backgrounds when the pdf or crux is opened so that we could listen to audio and go through crux while the lecturer is dictating/teaching. 2) Add at least 10 years pyq mcq’s and subject wise mcqs dedicated button so that we could practice without searching and indulging in google searches. 3) Please edit the live class video (remove breaks). And also there is no resolution selection option in live recorded videos of optionals and live classes, it have only “auto” option in resolutions do add it as it consumes lots of data. 4) Auto rotate feature is not working on i pad 7, only works when video is in full screen. 5) While skipping 10-20 minutes the video doesn’t load and play from where it should load rather it loads whole 20 minutes and then we can play after it. It makes no sense of skipping when we have to wait equal amount of time waiting. 6) “Continue watching“ slides on top does-not match what i watched last time rather it shows months ago video quoting “56% completed”xyz. Hope you will look over it and fix. Thats for now, Thank you for the beautiful app.
