The widgets dont show in English

I added a widget to my home screen to keep track of my study time. The widget only shows in Chinese Korean Japanese or whatever characters it will not show in English why sell this? English speaking people want to use this app as well why is the name of the app in English but everything else is in a different language on the widget?
