About
StudyNow organises school and university – and keeps everything on your device. No account, no ads, no usage analytics.
FOR SCHOOL – GRADES 5–10 AND UPPER SECONDARY
• A timetable with real lesson times, breaks, double lessons and A/B weeks
• Enter it once – or import it: a calendar file (e.g. from WebUntis), a spreadsheet or a template from your teacher
• Room changes, substitutes and cancellations right on the lesson
• Homework "for the next lesson" – the app finds the lesson for you
• Tests and exams with topics, preparation tasks and study blocks
• Today: your next lesson, your tasks, what's coming up
• Look back on a subject if you like – always with "No answer", no grades, no counters
• Weekly goals you choose yourself instead of points and leaderboards
• Reminders with quiet hours and a discreet preview – no alert for every lesson
• Upper secondary: courses with course codes and levels, free periods as study time
FOR UNIVERSITY
• Semesters, courses, sessions and deadlines in one place
• Import your semester from a file provided by your university
• Rate sessions in seconds: attendance, understanding, interest, enjoyment – on Apple Watch too, right from the reminder
• Rings and achievements that show how it's going
SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY KEPT APART
Separate learning areas on one device – nothing gets mixed up.
HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Your next lesson, the day or the whole week as a timetable – for school or university, even both side by side.
ON IPAD TOO
List and entry side by side, a roomier calendar, keyboard shortcuts. Light or dark, just like your device.
YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
StudyNow has no server for your entries. The app only goes online when you load a file from a link yourself. You export backups yourself, wherever you like.
For teachers: share a class timetable as a template – no tasks, nothing personal. Whoever opens it picks their own electives or courses.

What's New in StudyNow
6.11.3
September 30, 2026
StudyNow now comes to Apple Watch: tapping the reminder after a session opens its rating on the watch – attendance, four scales, done. And on iPhone, tapping the reminder now opens the session directly. Also: a session that differs from its series is now marked “Changed” everywhere – and only for as long as it actually differs.
