Love it! But has some issues

Absolutely love the app I was diagnosed with gastroparesis about 5 years ago now and have used the app ever since. My boyfriend was just diagnosed with something a few days ago and it’s always been difficult to fill out the survey because I have to press on my phone a billion times to get the text bar to pop up and then 2 seconds later it goes away and won’t let my type. I’m in desperate measures to learn more about this new condition I’ve never heard of. If you guys could fix this issue it would be GREAT and help tremendously.

Not sure how to add a treatment

I want to add a new treatment but I can’t find how and I don’t want to go through 66 or so questions if it’s in the edit part.

Broken

Just downloaded it and can’t fill out survey. It glitches.

Glitching

The survey pages are not working. I cannot participate in the survey as it keeps erasing my answers and making me start over. Very frustrating.

Fix the bugs

I’ve been trying to add some newer diagnosis and that survey page keeps bugging and won’t let me type. Very frustrating

Underrated and incredibly helpful

I am so impressed by this app and its ease of use, the collaborative nature, and the daily symptom tracker.

Bugs are frustrating

I’ve overall have likes the app. Just the survey function absolutely doesn’t work. It doesn’t allow you to type in answers so I feel like I’ve been unable to contribute.

Facebook

I’m sure it works well but don’t bother downloading unless you have a facebook account

One million email lists

Even if you delete your account, they’ve added you to tons of email lists and you will continue to keep getting notifications forever. Sending an email to support goes in loops because the addresses aren’t monitored. Evil nonsense.

Trouble with the application

Hi I just wanted to let someone know that I am having so much trouble replying to someone’s post, is there an update for this application that will fix this issue? Thank you, other than that I do love this application.

It use to be inclusive

I liked being around those with AA so I don’t burden others.
I eventually was unable to access the feature where you add symptoms and support wasn’t responding, so I took it as a hint to leave.

Sharing

Its good to share with others about evans so we can help others understand how and what is going on with the rare disease

Too young to have issues????

Whenever I put in my age it says I’m too young to open an account. Why does the app not let young people get the help they need without parental consent?

An awesome app with awesome communities of people with conditions

I’m loving StuffThatWorks so much. I’ve met a lot of people who share my diagnosis and it’s so comforting to know that at last there’s people with my symptoms and conditions. I’d highly recommend this crazy awesome app to literally everyone. If you don’t have an iPhone you can access StuffThatWorks on the website. I couldn’t recommend this enough. The community is so supportive. Even when you’re having a bad pain day or a bad mental health day, you’ll find people who can relate. Awesome app, 5 stars easily without a doubt.

No cures

I joined this group hoping that I would learn what treatments are offered. Let me know if there is a eureka moment of discovery.

I want emails again!

I like everything about it except I stopped receiving emails. I believe I accidentally marked it as junk and can’t figure out how to start back receiving emails!

Great site and wonderful support.

Wonderful

Great illness oversight and support network

This website engages people with the actual disease for Small Fibre Neuropathy or Guillain Barre Syndrome. The core of the web programme is based on patients treatments and there symptoms against evidence based medicine. This programme really helps you connect with your peers. Tremendous easy designed website. Highly recommended.
