Open any session to **compare** photos and replay recordings with simple play/pause controls. **Cadence** turns effort into **streaks** and a **weekly chart** of sessions so progress feels real. Keep quick reflections in the built-in notepad when you want words without pressure. Your entries and media are stored **on device**.
