Terrible app
Very bad experience from start to end: different credentials required online and in app, then preparing for a trip to Klagenfurt the app would not let us explore or add payment options. Arrived at destination, when the car was already plugged in, the app asked for an IBAN (no credit card option!), and lastly it refused to accept the bank data with numerous different and uncomprehensible error codes. A useless waste of time. Went to Villach to charge the car.
