Do not purchase! They’re charging me almost $30/month for a $5 monthly subscription. Never even downloaded the app. Impossible to cancel!
Rip off
Give me my $ back. I paid a 1 time fee that gave me nothing and still wants a monthly fee to do any kind of action. Customer support returns 404 error. Don’t buy!
Waste of time and money
I just spent over an hour taking pictures to get a bunch of outfits I already wear or that look absolutely hideous together. Not worth it.
Wants money before you know it works
They for you to go through this whole sign up process and then demand money before you can see if their ai process works or is useful. Offering a trial day or 2 would be helpful so I would see if paying for the app is worth it or not. Without that, I wont use it.

Careful with tricky subscriptions
I downloaded this app on my phone using my apple account. I quickly realized it was not what I needed and canceled the subscription. I was charged $10 for the first month and I’ve been charged $28.95 over a couple of months. There is no email communicating why the change in fees and I in fact am being prompted to subscribe when I log on which led me to believe I was no longer subscribed. The app no longer appeared under my subscription list or expired so I genuinely believed this was resolved. Only upon further scrutiny of my accounts did I realize I’m being charged more than double the initial fee with no email exchanges or option to opt out via the app/ Apple ID. We have to be increasingly careful with subscriptions but this is not ok. I genuinely thought I had unsubscribed as there is no evidence of the subscription and the premium features are not available to me.

Love the app
Love the app but please add more functionality like - variety or stores, ability to swap items in outfit. I would also like to be able to create separate accounts for my other family members within the same app/login.

Shocking subscription transparency
I downloaded the app on a free trial and promptly deleted it as I found it not effective at all and not worth the money.
I deleted the account as far as I was aware and then deleted the app.
I kept seeing money come out my account and could not login to rectify. I have no email chain or information from the app. Absolutely shocking transparency and impossible to talk to anyone or find any info.

Recebi cobrança mesmo sem assinar
Não baixem!!! Recebi meses depois testar esse app uma cobrança pela carteira Apple (Apple wallet) sem minha autorização de um valor de US$ 28,95. Absurdo!

Dazu kommt: Viele wichtige Funktionen wie die Farbpaletten-Bestimmung oder das Körperform-Styling sind nicht im Basisabo enthalten und kosten extra. Das fühlt sich wie ein reines Abzocksystem an.
Die App selbst ist schlecht gestaltet, unübersichtlich und die KI liefert kaum brauchbare Ergebnisse – von "intelligent" kann hier keine Rede sein.
Unterm Strich: 29,99 € zum Fenster rausgeworfen. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Anderen Nutzern empfehle ich, besser auf eine der Alternativen mit Testphase auszuweichen.

Such a great idea…
I had high hopes for this app, maybe too high. It keeps giving me the same frumpy looks even after changing my age and style. But the part that annoys me the most is the shop my style search function doesn’t work. Say you want to search tshirts you get shoes, pants and everything else under the sun and even those things are not in my recommended colors. I see the possibilities of this app but it has a ways to go especially for the price.

I’ve never ever signed into this app nor created an account nor do I remember agreeing to a monthly subscription of over $25 AUD / month. Yet I have been charged every month since September last year for Zero service. Despicable behaviour and I will be reporting them to the Australian consumer affairs. And requesting that the bank cancel payment payments and demand repayment of all funds stolen.

Easy to delete closet items and usability issues.
This app shows real promise, but there are some major usability issues that need to be addressed.
The most frustrating problem is how easy it is to accidentally delete items. While scrolling through my closet, I tapped the trash icon by mistake and instantly lost an accessory. There was no confirmation prompt, just immediate deletion. Because of this, I also lost multiple outfits tied to that item. Months of work curating looks were gone in seconds. That is incredibly discouraging and completely avoidable. A simple confirmation dialog before deleting would fix this.
I want my item back! 😭😭😭
On the positive side, I appreciate the Kibbe-inspired body and style analysis. That feature feels thoughtful and aligned with how people actually think about personal style.
However, the AI styling component needs significant improvement. When asking for outfit suggestions using items from my closet, the app does not effectively incorporate my actual pieces. Instead, it returns vague descriptions or item numbers, which makes the experience feel disconnected and unhelpful. The AI should visually and clearly reference the items I’ve uploaded to make styling feel personalized and useful.
Overall, the app has strong potential, but these issues… especially the delete function, undermine the user experience. With better safeguards and a more refined AI styling system, this could be a much stronger tool.

I cancelled my membership and they kept charging me for a year after. When I contacted them and sent proof, they said, “Sorry, you have to cancel in two different places so we can’t refund NINE of those months.
