AI slop with bad customer service
I have never been compelled to write a review but this app charged me $15 after the “free trial” and then charged $38/month even after I cancelled. I had to literally reinstall the app and reinstate my account to make a request for refunds, and they only refunded one month of use. Then when I emailed for additional refunds their ai bots sent multiple long winded denials.
The 5 minutes I spent in the app was confusing, ridiculous ai garbage as well.

they do not ask your size and almost none of the clothes have been my size or style. They asked for my colors which I provided and they NEVER post inspiration in my colors. There is nothing personalized whatsoever. It is a total scam to get you to go to zara or mango to mail order. Most of the outfits are really ugly and are not remotely n style.
