Eintausend und irreführend

Ich wollte lediglich eine Empfehlung für einen passenden Haarschnitt erhalten. Dafür wurde mir ein Angebot für 1,19 € angezeigt. Dass damit anschließend ein monatliches Abonnement über 29,99 € verbunden sein soll, war für mich beim Abschluss überhaupt nicht ersichtlich. Hätte ich gewusst, dass daraus ein kostenpflichtiges Abo entsteht, hätte ich dieses Angebot niemals angenommen.

Besonders ärgerlich: Die beworbene Haarschnitt-Empfehlung habe ich zudem gar nicht erhalten.

Für mich ist das Vorgehen sehr intransparent. Ich kann Inspoy daher leider nicht empfehlen und rate anderen, vor der Eingabe von Zahlungsdaten sehr genau auf mögliche Abo-Bedingungen zu achten.

Faites attention !

Faites très attention à ce que vous décidez de choisir ! J’ai décidé de tester pour avoir mon résultat/rapport donc j’ai payé 1,20€ mais deux jours après j’ai été débité de 47,99€ sans que je comprenne pourquoi ! J’ai fais une demande de remboursement qui m’a été refusé parce que je n’avais pas bien lu les conditions en bas de page, lorsque vous confirmez que vous êtes d’accord avec eux !
C’est inadmissible de faire un coup bas comme ça, ils arnaquent les gens si facilement du coup !
Donc faites attention a ce que vous faites, ils font les choses de façon à ce que vous soyez débité même si vous n’avez pas pris d’abonnement.

Viel Geld für nichts

Ich wollte eine 3-tägige Testversion für 1€ ausprobieren und ZACK wurden am dritten Tag ca 50€ abgebucht. Kündigen konnte ich jetzt scheinbar via Support bis zu einem Monat. Angeblich habe ich so lange noch die Premium Version… aber auch für die 50€ kann ich praktisch NICHTS machen und alles kostet extra.
Auf den ermittelten Farbtyp fühle ich mich auch nicht angesprochen, es passen weder Augen-/Haarfarbe noch gefallen mir die empfohlenen Farbpaletten.

Aufgepasst! Abzocke!

Hier rät es sich dringend, das Kleingedruckte zu lesen. Habe aus Langer Weile ein paar Frisuren austesten wollen. Dachte für 1€, was soll’s. Nur dass ich Tage später knapp 50€ ärmer war. Hier ist definitiv Abzocke am Werk und der Preis steht a) nirgends (das Höchste was mir für ein Abo angezeigt wurde waren 19,90€) und b) ist eine Diskussion mit dem Support auch unnötig, ihr bekommt euer Geld trotzdem nicht zurück und c) ist die App es einfach nicht wert.

Mon avis rejoint les autres commentaires habituellement avant d’installer une application je lis les commentaires mais une fois n’est pas coutume pour celle-ci, je ne l’ai pas fait et c’est bien dommage parce que là je y avait déjà beaucoup de commentaires négatifs et alarmant. Tout comme beaucoup. Je suis tombé à l’offre de un euro pour laisser donc j’ai bien été prélevé, heureusement que j’active mes notifications. Et heureusement que pour ce genre d’application, tout de même, et ayant déjà fait la mauvaise expérience. J’utilise une carte d’un compte bancaire en ligne dans le solde n’est pas élevé, ainsi si j’ai à faire un site frauduleux au maximum ils me prélèvent une petite somme. Pour le coup ils n’ont pas pu me prélever grand-chose puisqu’il n’y avait plus rien. Ils ont toutefois essayé de me prélever près de 50euros (non autorisé, bien sûr) j’interroge mon compte stylix/inspoy et je découvre que je suis abonné, sauf que je n’ai jamais opté pour un abonnement.
Bref je me suis désabonné et j’espère que ça sera pris en compte. À part ça il faudrait signaler cette appli.
