Do not use this app. They charged my card $70 and never notified me. The only transaction I agreed to was a $2 one to get my colour analysis. It is illegal and fraudulent what they are doing as I was never informed about a subscription fee

BEWARE
DO NOT subscribe to this app. It asks for $1 to test the app and then 5 minutes after that charge, they go and charge you $29.99. Luckily I have to move funds from accounts to this card so they couldn’t take anymore than $1.

I paid $3 for Inspoy’s “AI Stylist,” and all I got was a crop top, a zebra tube top, and a sales pitch for $68 shampoo. I’m 63, plus‑size, apple‑shaped — and Inspoy dressed me like a TikTok intern named Kayleigh who says “slayyy” and lives on iced coffee.
This isn’t styling.
It’s affiliate marketing in a wig.

I think a lot of the positive reviews could be bots. This app doesn’t really work/isn’t worth it at all. I never went on it but forgot to delete from my phone. I never used it, I never bought anything I never subscribed. It’s not even downloaded right now, and I got charged $39.99. After looking it up I found out that this is actually a reoccurring problem with people who have gotten this app and the app stylix. ( it’s the exact same company) don’t download!

Money taken without consent
I signed up for a trial which is fine but then a page came up with a pdf which then billed me for a further £25.99 for ‘guides’. I did not realise I had clicked to pay this until my credit card notification came up. No idea what the actual app is like yet as I didn’t even get that far but not impressed with the poor methods!

You can only see the app until you pay. The ad I saw said the app would find a hairstyle to suit me.
Instead it asks a few questions and takes a picture of my face. Then it shows multiple styles, completely ignoring my answers to their questions. They did not suggest anything that would suit my face. I could get the same results flipping thru magazines or the style book in the hair dresser salon; and for free. There is no way to ask for a refund. I’ve only had the app for 2 hours. BEWARE
