Grosse arnaque
Mon avis rejoint les autres commentaires habituellement avant d’installer une application je lis les commentaires mais une fois n’est pas coutume pour celle-ci, je ne l’ai pas fait et c’est bien dommage parce que là je y avait déjà beaucoup de commentaires négatifs et alarmant. Tout comme beaucoup. Je suis tombé à l’offre de un euro pour laisser donc j’ai bien été prélevé, heureusement que j’active mes notifications. Et heureusement que pour ce genre d’application, tout de même, et ayant déjà fait la mauvaise expérience. J’utilise une carte d’un compte bancaire en ligne dans le solde n’est pas élevé, ainsi si j’ai à faire un site frauduleux au maximum ils me prélèvent une petite somme. Pour le coup ils n’ont pas pu me prélever grand-chose puisqu’il n’y avait plus rien. Ils ont toutefois essayé de me prélever près de 50euros (non autorisé, bien sûr) j’interroge mon compte stylix/inspoy et je découvre que je suis abonné, sauf que je n’ai jamais opté pour un abonnement.
Bref je me suis désabonné et j’espère que ça sera pris en compte. À part ça il faudrait signaler cette appli.

DONT BUY THIS!!!
You pay 1 dolar for a very poor more of the same app and then a few days later they try to charge you more (like 70dollars) for absolutely no reason. I read the previous review about extra charges so I was extremely careful to not click on anything. Then this morning my bank stopped a charge from them. Will try to find somewhere else to report this. Unbelievable!!!!

Bad app bad consumer practise
Hi purchased this app via iPhone using the trial period .It promised a lot but did not deliver it was clunky and always had trouble loading updates /outfits . It was so difficult to use that I forgot about it but had checked my iPhone for a subscription record of which there was none. They then email me a charge if £34.99 for renewal and then advise me I can not cancel through the app but have to go to website to cancel. I duly did that and complained .They refuse to refund me monies and cited they had sent me T and C s . I assumed normal good business practise is to advise you are coming to an end of a period before they take your money. Clearly not with this company.

Ich wollte die App nur mal testen . Jetzt hänge ich in einer Abofalle drin und selbst nach 5 Emails wird meine Kündigung nicht angenommen. Ich bin mehr als ärgerlich und enttäuscht. Ich werde immer auf die App verwiesen. In der App selbst , durchlaufen ich immer wieder die Neuanmeldung und gelange gar nicht in die Einstellungen. Ich kann diese App niemanden empfehlen und rate ganz dringend davon ab, sie zu installieren. Bloß die Finger davon lassen.

I only wanted the £1 trial and it took £25.99 out of my bank and subscribed me to it, I am waiting for a refund bank before getting onto my bank and reporting them

I paid $1.39 for a trial period and then was charged $67.99 for a 30 day subscription. NO WHERE did it say i would be charged that much. and the app support is useless and is telling me i won’t be getting a refund. i did not consent to almost seventy dollars being paid from my card. shame on this app

Tried to cancel for two months now and still taking money

I tried a “trial” on a sister site of theirs but all correspondence has come from Inspoy so will leave this review here.
I emailed Inspoy within hours into the 3 day trial asking them to cancel my subscription.
They did not. Despite me answering their “support” emails multiple times it was still not cancelled and today they had the Prescott to charge me nearly $60 for a one month subscription. I have emailed them again multiple times since and they refuse to refund.

Do not use. Paid £1 for a trial for 3 days and was charged £34.99 for a week after the 3 days. App does not let you sign in to cancel without paying again where you can pay £29.99 for a year so why charge £34.99 for a week?! Finally managed to cancel on the website and got an email from them saying to cancel on the app?! Total scam.

Do not open or download or attempt to buy the £1 subscription trial for 3 days. They have taken £50 from my account and will not refund me.

Ne cliquez surtout pas sur cette application, je pensais avoir un essai gratuit, j’ai ensuite été prélevé depuis le mois d’avril cela fait plus de quatre mois que j’ai des prélèvements de 47,99€ je ne parviens pas à arrêter l’abonnement,
L’application me dit que je n’ai pas d’abonnement.
Pourtant, je suis prélevé.
Je les ai contactés à plusieurs reprises pour annuler l’Abonnement la seule réponse qu’il me renvoie et que je dois me connecter sur l’application.
