I signed up for Subby to identify subscriptions that are doubled, not needed, ect. I can not even have ticket my subscriptions? I keep playing with it and nothing happens

What do you mean by "ticket my subscriptions"? The app can't automatically find and add subscriptions, you have to do it manually, if that's what you mean. You can email me at support@mikolajpiech.com
