About

`Sublevel Escape` is a first-person shooter set inside a secret underground research facility. As the lone survivor, you must navigate hostile corridors, gather weapons and ammo, find keycards, unlock sealed doors, and fight your way to the exit. The game keeps the spirit of classic retro FPS gameplay while being designed for iOS touch controls. Use the movement joystick, look/turn gestures, shooting, weapon switching, minimap, aim assist, and the emergency lock-on button to stay in control during fast combat. Key features: - A retro-inspired first-person escape campaign - Level progression with keycards, locked doors, and exit objectives - Multiple enemy types and weapon types - Touch-based movement, aiming, and shooting - HUD with health, armor, ammo, and minimap - Emergency lock-on button to instantly face the nearest enemy - Distinct wall, door, and monster visuals for clear readability `Sublevel Escape` is easy to pick up for short sessions, but the enemy pressure and navigation challenges keep each run engaging.

- Improved HUD guidance so Security Lockdown conditions are easier to understand. - During lockdown, the HUD now displays the current alert level, remaining hostiles, release conditions, and an evasion countdown. - Lockdowns can be cleared by eliminating all hostiles, lowering the alert level, hacking a security terminal, or avoiding enemy contact for eight seconds. - Fixed an issue where the exit could remain locked after all enemies were eliminated in the first stage. - Approaching a sealed exit now displays the reason it is locked and the current alert status. - Added dedicated pickup notifications for health, armor, ammunition, keycards, weapons, and SCAN charges. - Pickup notifications now show the actual amount gained and the player’s current total. - Health, armor, and ammunition pickups are no longer consumed when the corresponding resource is already full. - Repositioned pickup notifications so they do not obstruct aiming or combat visibility. - Improved overall mission guidance and HUD readability.
