The app is not useful for the devices. Hard to connect. UI isn't good, they have good devices but cut corners on this app.

Even if it does connect…
There is very little value to even having an app. It’s bluetooth so the range is very short, even shorter if the product is in the water. You can run a self test, monitor the battery level and adjust the power level between the 2 levels. Check for a firmware update, which again is basically for the app. It’s a fine product overall but the app is a solution looking for a problem.
