Some missions don’t work
Although it’s a good game at a good price, with good privacy policies, it has bugs. For example, the mission to pocket yourself and then pocket a ball twice, does not work. It either counts only the first time I do it and won’t count the second time, or it won’t count when I do it at all. So I can’t clear that mission. Makes the game frustrating instead of fun. If bugs like this get fixed then I’ll change my review.

Visually great, but subpar indeed
I really wanted to like this game. The graphics are great, but the menus, gameplay, and objective goals are not intuitive. I gave the game a week, I did get better, but not worth the frustration. Add more examples or tutorials of the game elements. Being able to shoot from the cue ball would also make a lot more sense.

Worth It!
This game is absolutely stuffed full of charm, fun mechanics, and what feels like near-infinite idle replay potential! It just *feels* good to play, with fun animations and excellent use of the iPhone’s haptics. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
Excellent Game
A great app for when you have a few spare minutes or want to play for an extended period of time. The left-handed mode is the cherry on top.

I wrote an extensive review that Apple have somehow lost, never mind. This game is actually perfect, if you even remotely like pool get it - oodles of challenges - I’ve played this game for over 20 hours in a week as I was in bed with COVID - family sharing means everyone in my share can play - it’s so much fun, 95% skill, the rest is luck - I’ve been in touch with the developer as had a problem with a saved game on the switch that he solved - so helpful and friendly - buy it now

Absolutely outstanding game
This is a triumphant game, it loads quickly, very clean UI and once you get started it’s completely brilliant. Physics and sense of reality are perfect, there’s quite a bit of luck here and there but mostly it’s skill, and endless set of challenges has really helped my deal with a week in bed with Covid. I just wish I could play half as well in real life. I had a problem with a save on the Switch version and the developer has been amazing helping me get I sorted - I really cannot recommend this highly enough. I have clocked up a crazy amount of hours playing over the last week - buy it now - I’m gifting it to some pals…

Ever since Rymdkapsel I’ve been monitoring this developer for new games. They never disappoint! In addition to all of the nice things people are saying about gameplay, what I have noticed is that the music is delightful. Usually with games like this I find that after a little while I need to mute the music. But Sub Par’s music is so adorable that I’m still really enjoying it. Great job!

Supremely Designed
I got the game because I saw the developer on Mastodon talking about high minded game design concepts like reward and choice. Well after playing for about a week, I can tell you that I can feel those design concepts in action. I have the game just the way I like to play it and I still feel like i'm being rewarded with new challenges

So much charm
Wow. Only 20 min of playing and I already can see how unique and fun this game is. Great crispy graphics, fun mechanics (being able to shoot while the ball is still moving is SO appreciated, keeps a fast pace) and the procedurally generated courses make repetition less apparent. I could image a fun multiplayer head to head mode where you’re trying to pocket all of your color balls, would be very similar to real-life bumper pool.
Highly recommend, it’s so fun for the price.

This developer has such a great reputation, and keeps their games updated, and always monetizes fairly, so as soon as a saw this I bought it without hesitation. I liked Holedown. I like this even better.
This is super fun, one of the most enjoyable games I’ve ever bought. Well worth the fair price, and there are zero ads or IAPs. We need more developers to follow this great example of creating a clever game and treating players fairly.
Everything is done right here. I love the controls, super intuitive and easy. Even with my arthritis! I love that it’s in portrait mode (though I think you can play either way), and the design is super cool.
You can play it in short spurts because it always saves progress, that’s great for a work break. You want to keep playing, though, because it’s so engaging.
It maybe could use a tad better battery optimization (I turned all effects off except for haptics), but it’s not horrible. Could maybe use a slight improvement though.
This might me my favorite game this year. Thank you developer! Kudos on implementing such a fun idea so well!

Best Price!
This game is actually really fun and perfectly designed for mobile. But the thing that has me the most excited is compared to switch and steam this is the cheapest lol. 100% worth price and time

The courses were repetitive and small, a lot of the mechanics didn’t work preventing you from moving on with the game. I felt like I was playing the same game over and over. Would not recommend.
