Majorly disappointed
They need to make a free version of the app for people to try before being forced to sign up for a premium account. I’d love to use it but refuse to sign up for a subscription or trial without being able to use atleast part of the app first to make sure it works as it should before committing

This is a wonderful so easy to use. Better then cricut or any other one out there !!
20 oz tumbler prints
I tried printing 20oz skinny tumblers but it prints to short it’s not long enough I am using letter size paper. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I wish this would work. The color and printing speed are excellent but can’t use it if the size is not right

What does it do?
I was looking for an app to provide editable art images that can be printed by my sublimation printer but I can’t find enough information or see any demos to let me know how it works
Update ruined it for me
The app was ok did what I needed till the update yesterday. Now everything wants to print as a thumbnail and not at the sizes I set
Useless app, does nothing other than promises
There is zero customer support and it very difficult to cancel, don’t touch this app. It will cost you.how do I get this off my computer. It’s a nightmare. Omg

It continues to only do a half print I am disappointed really need this app and have the premium service hope it fixed soon or I will cancel subscription update still having problems be nice to have a little help Edit I did ask for support in the app but no response

Great app for sublimation
I have enjoyed the app very much for tumblers and some other designs . The presets work great for the limited sized products. But when trying to customize the size to a 30oz tumbler or some other products it will NOT work. The size keeps readjusting to a different size. I pay for the premium subscription and it would be nice to be able to use this on other sizes.

Doesnt print to my Epson et 2400. I paid for the subscription and it cant find my printer. Waste of money.

Epson 2400 does not support AirPrint, so no iPhone app can print directly to it. Export the image and print from a desktop
Can’t print
I would like to know why can’t I print from this app I have a Epson ET2400 printer and I can’t get this app to print is there a trick I do t know about ?
It’s not free so do not download
I really do not know if this is a scam or not but do not download. You have to pay before you can make a print. A bit sketchy to me. We do not know if it will work till after you pay🤔🤔🤔

Waste of money
I bought this app a week ago. It doesn’t print right. The 20 tumbler option is not long enough. Of course I paid for a year. Not worth the time and money and water material.

The app prints absolutely inch perfect. Like we told you on the phone, you need to use letter sized paper for the printing.
