About
SubTrack finds the subscriptions hiding in your receipts and turns them into one honest monthly number, without asking for your bank password.
Hand it receipts - share one from Mail, Safari or Files, or pick saved receipts (.eml, PDF or text) from the Files app - and choose how far back to look. SubTrack reads them on your iPhone, finds recurring charges, and lets you confirm, edit or reject each one before it counts. Nothing is uploaded. SubTrack cannot open your mailbox and never asks to.
ONE NUMBER, FIRST
• Weekly, monthly and yearly charges worked out into a single monthly figure, per currency
• An annual projection, and a calendar of what has been charged and what is expected
• Works offline once your receipts are in
PRICE CHANGES, WITH EVIDENCE
• Compares each new charge with earlier receipts and shows when the amount changed
• Every price change points back to the two receipts that prove it
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• A review queue: nothing affects your total until you confirm it
• Add a subscription by hand when it never sends a receipt
• Mark a subscription paused or ended so it stops counting
• A cancellation checklist you keep yourself, and a link to the merchant's own account page. SubTrack never cancels anything for you.
• Optional reminders before renewals and when a price changes, scheduled on your iPhone
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• No bank connection. No account. No analytics.
• Receipts are read on your iPhone; only the details it finds are kept, never the message
• Export to CSV, or delete everything SubTrack has stored, at any time
Not sure yet? Add four made-up sample receipts and watch how review and price changes work, before you use your own.

What's New in SubTrack
1.0.1
October 26, 2026
Fixes and small improvements. - Stop now really stops an import that is in progress. - "Delete imported data" also clears reminders that have already arrived, and removes any receipt files left waiting. - Receipts you share that can't be read are cleared out instead of building up. - Receipts waiting to be imported are no longer included in device backups. - The same email shared two different ways is recognised as one receipt, so it isn't offered twice. - Dates are read correctly from more emails.
