Unreliable
I’ve booked a taxi the night before to go to the hospital at 8:30 in the morning.I received a confirmation from suburban taxis at 8:20am.
The GPS in the app shows that it’s searching but never shows any actual information I am now likely going late for my appointment and may need to reschedule my hospital appointment & I’m still waiting for the taxi co to respond. I will be canceling shortly as the window of opportunity to make it to my appointment on time is closing.

Awful app that convinced me to stick with ride share
Bad interface, laggy and not responsive. Seemed not to want to connect with actual tracking info. Or taxis!
Easy to book and on time
Was a bit concerned seeing the negative reviews but cab booked night prior to travel, cab actually early and great driver. Will continue to use this app.

Dreadful app. The old app was fine-used it for years. This one: clunky, freezes, inaccurate. Fix the goddam thing or I’m off to Uber.

The app is useless but the service of the operator and the drivers is even worse. Greedy foreigner drivers pick up jobs they know they won't make in time DO NOT USE !!

Book a taxi faulty
Very frustrating app. Trying to book a taxi to get to work for 7:30 in the morning, and when I hit book the app changes it to 8:30??? Every time! Tried restarting the app, still the same. It's been like this for over a year. Time to try a different taxi company.

Unreliable service
I booked taxi night before. Taxi was 35 minutes late. I called operator 10 minutes post the expected taxi arrival time and was told taxi was not yet dispatched! Operator informed me pre booking is not actually leading to any booking- the order is not placed till the morning and such lateness is nothing unexpected. I will avoid this company in the future.

Wish distant cabs did not immediately pick up when many are much closer. Range filter could stretch every minute to give closer ones a chance.
Terrible app terrible service
Tried to use the app and it wouldn't book a cab or even show where any cabs are. Then I rang the company after being on the phone for 15 minutes and then receiving a txt after half an hour saying they don't have any cabs. Then another txt an hour after booking saying they have a cab ready for me. Terrible service

Resetting password
I have upgraded from iPhone 5 to a 6 and I am unable to reset my password. Each time I try it crashes. Unable to use app 😂

Used this app regularly in the past but at some point it has been updated and I can no longer successfully book a cab.

Good app but..
This app is really good for booking taxis the next, say if you traveling and need to get to the airport. I fly once a month and never had an issue. I love the fact that you can see the cab location on a map as it approaches. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5: once the trips over it takes weeks (if at all) to clear the completed job, which is a bit annoying (I put all my travel apps in a folder so alerts get bunched together). Overall excellent app. Thank you!

Great app and service
Used this app for the first time last night and it was great.. Had a function where people needed taxis to get home etc and after ringing other companies with no success ( venue not easiest place to find) we had taxis within 10 minutes.. Will definately be using this app again and recommending it to other members of the sporting club to which I belong..
