Where does it get its data?

I’m in the station now. App says my train is zero minutes away. Signage in the station says it’s eight minutes away. Pretty clear the sign is right and the app is wrong. What’s the point of this app if the train timings are this unreliable?

Good, but with bugs

Overall there are good bones in this app. However, there are problems. The train times are wildly inaccurate. Don’t attempt to use them. Also, the UI is a bit confusing, a lot of symbols are used and I have no idea what they mean. For example, there are wifi symbols on some trains… why? What does that mean? It also randomly crashes. This all points to a good concept and foundation but poor technical execution.

Not currently pulling scheduled times.

Seems like the connection with MTA is no longer pulling information of scheduled times and locations. Map is very simple to use though. Hoping the developer can correct the train time issues.

So far it has not shown accurate wait times

Tried several times, and it always shows different times than the MTA app, and it's always been wrong.

Ads!!!!

Full of ads.

Good

Easy to use , no commercials

Great But

The app still doesn’t know that the M train shares the Q stops on 2nd Ave in Manhattan.

Also times for trains arriving and departing are less accurate here than on google maps.

Helpfu

I like the map very much. I don’t use the other features.

Had For Years & Use All the Time

My one and only subway map.

Highly recommended!

Replaces another good one

Only ads are included, but some are useful.

it’s good

it’s a map.

Very simple

Very simple and works offline, which is important when ‘down under’ where there is no service. I refer to it often and don’t get hung up with ads that are in the way of what I need to see, sometimes in a moments notice.

MTA MAP APP

Great app!”Very handy when traveling in NYC.”

Reliable

It’s my go to map when I go to the city! I just feel secure having it on my phone.

Updated map

When are you going to update your map? The new east side line has been open for awhile now.

Practical and handy

Great pocket resource to NOT look like a tourist.

Little functionality and too many ads

There’s really very little you can do in this app. And, if it really is an official MTA app, the ads are pretty intrusive.

Useless

Absolutely useless map.

Simply done and so useful!

I like it.

Excellent App

Very great app!
