A great source of positive energy!
Most advice on personal development tells you to “celebrate your successes” however small. And most people probably react the same way I did - with a wail of, “But I don’t have any!” But you do. And often they’re so easy to overlook. We’re taught from childhood to play down what we’ve done well & focus just on what we haven’t. And too much of that is soul-destroying. This app helps to redress the balance. It lets you list & appreciate the things that you’ve succeeded in, no matter how small. And they add up! The app has a clear, attractive interface. It’s easy to use, & it’s free (though tips are possible, & well-deserved!). There are ads, but they’re not unreasonably intrusive. One tip - you MUST add a tag to each entry, or the blue tick that you have to tap to add the item won’t show up. It’s actually a good idea, as it lets you see at a glance which areas of your life you’re having most successes in, & which you need to focus on. If only takes a few minutes of your day, but you’ll see yourself quite differently, & that’ll give you a lot more positive energy. I thoroughly recommend it! 😊
