iPad orientation
Forever until now I’ve been able to invert my tablet and orientation stay upright so I can use the app no matter what position it was in. Now I can’t use it with the tablet upside down which is PITA because of how it mounts in my truck and trying to access charging port.
Can you guys fix this please?

App is ok would like to see more AI for pictures to model serial and filter entries as well as talk to type with the ability to reword voice text in a professional manner.

Been using SW for about 6 years now. All I can say is Wow. Great product and very easy to use. Everyone at my company says how much they love using the software and how it makes life so much easier.

Works great & simple to use
I love this mobile app compared to others. It’s super easy to use and train new employees on. Has everything you need in the field at your fingertips. They also just added dark mode and new KPI dashboards for my techs on the home screen. Happy we switched to Successware!
Outdated technology
I was “force” to use succcessware software when I sign up into authority brand. The apps is absolutely terrible to use managed and UX/UI is create by kindergarten. The main software is host under advance 2000, it’s a VPC running Successware, and it send the message to the apps. In case if you are thinking about signing it up for your home service, looks elsewhere.

App always crashes doesn’t refresh or reboot
REFRESH BUTTON
Why can’t app developers add a refresh/reboot button to this app. It is frustrating to have app closed and opened again and again and again to have work orders updated or especially the first thing in AM when I am getting to work I have to close app completely and load it again to have my screen updated.

Bad app
System is always down . At least once a month . Customer is always waiting on me because of lag of app not working or down . Collecting payment is always a problem with the app takes for ever.
Bad for my service work . Unfortunate my company is too cheap so we use this cheap app .
Hope one day we can improve .

No history
You should be able to go back and see your history for follow up calls that didn’t close. And you should be able to see your times for the day. Wish our company would go back to service titan. This app doesn’t even compare to service titan. Spend the few extra dollars and get the good service tech app. Go service titan

New update
Not a fan of the new update, removing the ability to view your schedule is the worst idea you guys could’ve come up with, fix it!!!
Confusing and crashing

I would suggest an bigger signature box for the elderly customer that doesn’t fully know where to sign an dark signature box. For us tech local parts store stock vs us having to call around and help save time on repairs
Keeps Improving
Mobile App keeps getting better along with SuccessWare - Very powerful software with accurate financials in the background. Not as pricey as other “on the surface fancy’ apps. A complete package.
Still waiting on updates
We need to see our schedules. With out seeing what is going on, we are getting blind sided and it is costing us time and money. Please fix this ASAP. I would not recommend this product at this time.

This software is not worth the dollar. We were promised something that would match SWRemote but that was like 5 months ago already after SWRemote was sold and still nothing even close has been invented!!

Successware office version has lots of great features.
Just don’t invest in this app without trying it out. For instance every job looks like it’s sold in the office side of things even if it’s not sold.

Work suggested
You need to add the workSuggested this would help with our job immensely and also if deleting items from the invoice to have them immediately go to declined work under Work suggested would be great would definitely rate more stars if these things were done
Getting better with each update
At first the app was a bit clunky but considering how quickly they had to put this app together it is coming along nicely. After recent updates it has become totally usable and I look forward to the continued innovation. (Wouldn’t mind seeing an integrated button for company cam and an option for multiple forms of payment). Thanks!
