really good potential

this app is designed really well, just missing settings that other apps have, such as "disable highlighting rows/columns/boxes" or "show errors" which i prefer to play on. i'll probably stick with another app unless this one adds settings so you can pick your preferences

Hi, thanks for your kind feedback. The setting to disable highlighting is a good idea, I’ll consider it. For showing errors there is an option you can turn on. On the main screen you can tap on the info button in the lower left. There you can enable “Show all errors”. Kind regards Fabian

Takes a few games to adjust, with time you get used to the small screen and the prompts.

Best Sudoku app for iPad

This is by far the best app I’ve tried. It supports Split View which was how i originally found it. Not to mention there are no ads and it merges sudoku and killer sudoku into one app.

Excellent version of Sudoku

Really like the design of this, be great to have an iPhone version for when I am travelling, and also a pause button, since there are times when I shut my macbook lid, but the timer keeps running and therefore can distort the average times. But other than that a flawless design and well implemented version

Hi, the app does only support English, Japanese, German, Spanish and Italian. The language is controlled by your language preferences in the Settings app in macOS. Kind regards Fabian

Paid version

Free version allows you to play just one type of puzzles (easy mode). For eveything else you have to pay.

Very close to perfect

This is a wonderful app, and the only sudoku app that I’ve been able to find that supports writing in the numbers with the Apple Pencil. To push it over the top, I’d love to see some options in typography and contrast so that it’s a little easier to distinguish rows, columns, and boxes.
