Can no longer play

Game is in offline mode

Ugh. I do love this game….

I do love playing this game and it is fun. After a day or two it won’t let me play, it says I’m playing in offline mode when I have 5g and Wi-Fi. It will stay like that until I delete and reload the game… losing all of my progress. I gave a while ago after I got really far. I guess I’ll delete a reload just to keep playing but I’d like to get past easy again.
I would give five stars if it wasn’t for that.

I love it!

I had this game long ago and loved it then, but decided to take a break for awhile. Just redownloaded and still love it so much. The changes to the game since I previously had it are really fun.

Great fun!

I’m 58 and I enjoy the challenge. Some folks have figured out how to cheat by using the end game button in first round but I enjoy it anyway. Quite addictive

Disappointed

I love to play this game but I’ve lost my progress once again. Last time was 2 weeks ago. Since this game has come out I’ve lost my progress at least 4 times in the last year. I payed once to get adds remove but eventually that data was lost too. I’m tempted to pay to have the adds removed again but not if I keep having to start over.

Lost all my progress randomly

I’ve been playing this game for years and I really loved it. However when I went back on to play today all my progress, levels, smileys, etc were gone. It’s having me start all over as a new player when I was so high levelled and there doesn’t seem anyway for me to get my progress back. I didn’t update or anything so I’m confused how this happened. Very disappointed :/

Excellent to play vs family and friends!

This is a great game with a slight twist on traditional sudoku to make it more competitive! It takes just a couple games to get used to it, and it’s so much fun once you get the hang of it! All the cute character art is a nice bonus. The progression is fair and satisfying with achievable goals to beat. Only minor complaint is that the link to invite friends doesn’t work. You have to manually enter the friend code and figuring out where to do that was a bit of a puzzle in itself LOL. But once you know where to find it, it’s smooth sailing from there.

Fun game, but could use some work

I absolutely love this game, daily player, but I will uninstall if it keeps resetting my game. It has reset twice...making me lose all progress. I was up to a B+ and had to start all the way over....TWICE!

LOVE THIS GAME!!

I have been playing this game for a very long time, (longer than I can remember to be honest), and I absolutely love it. I love the uniqueness of getting to play against other people, I love the cute little characters, and I love the monthly challenges.

Disappointed and discouraged.

I just deleted it from my iPad this morning. I went to play and I had no points and no status.I had to choose between numbers and symbols in order to play. I tried playing and it would spin but not find me a player. I was almost at one year of playing it every day. I had played 105 days then missed one day because I was without my iPad then I played 227 days. Thanks for nothing guys. Every time you updated in the past month it had issues.

All your data would have been restored in version 5.0.7 if you had not uninstall the app. Next time just email us and we'll get back to you right away. I lost all my progress

I love that game however with your new update I lost all my progress and I am back to square one. Please fix this.

New update killed the game

I’ve been playing this game for years and loved it. Changes in the past added to the game. The latest update changed it from numbers to shapes and took away the some of the challenges. Sad to delete this game, but there are other sudoku games out there that are actually sudoku.

Great idea but...

I love competitive sudoku. I was playing all the time. I’m not loving the update with the shapes instead of numbers. Also not enjoying the use of tickets for competitive matches. My interest has clearly waned. Classic example of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”

Update: developer responded quickly and thoughtfully which I love! If you need to make more money I would tolerate longer ads as a player. 5 second ads are easy to ignore. 20 seconds is fine for me.

Thanks for the feedback! We're adding the numbers back in so that players can choose which type to play with. As for it not being broken, sadly it wasn't working for enough player. Which means we are not able to earn back the money it cost to make the game. That is why we're trying out new things in the game. That being said, we always listen to feedback and work hard to address it with every update... We just made a mistake this time. ;) Thanks for playing our game!

Updates minimizing the skill of sudoku

First they updated to remove being able to bluff and challenge, which dropped the amount of strategy. Now an update removing the numbers to symbols, which takes out half the way you play sudoku.... unfortunate but has ruined the game.

Great game

This game is perfect! It’s short, challenging but rewarding and mentally stimulating. And you get to play live, with other players, including your friends. I highly recommend it.

Challenging. Calming. Cute. Fun.

💖 My go-to game when I’ve got a few minutes. Challenging without being annoyingly hard. I’m amazed at how long it’s kept my interest. For that alone it deserves 5 stars. So thankful it’s in portrait now. (I LOVE WOODY and his thousands of kids!!! Haha! Make some t-shirts please!!!)

Lost everything

I lost everything I had done. I had the 108 avatar, level 100, and there nothing. and I played it not even 2 hours ago and everything was ok. Can you do something?
