Fun and challenging
I enjoy the many ways this game can be played. I am not sure what other reviewers had reason to be so negative, tho I do notice most are more than a year old.
Good, but no keyboard input
A good sudoku app, but disappointing that with an external keyboard, the numbers don’t map to the numbers. It is probably really easy to implement this, and would be a great addition.

Different levels
Different levels are available starting easy to tough. 4 different types.
Wonderful app
Wonderful app. I like the following. One, I can choose which sudoku game to play. Two, it gives me the option to choose between a dark or light design.

Restore old newspaper mode
Can you please go back to the old method. This new technique is super inefficient. Dont fix what is not broken!
Latest release newspaper mode is super clumsy to use
I am a freeloader so I do not have a real right to complain. But I have been using the app for many years and the new interface when in newspaper mode cannot seem to be turned off. Being forced to pick a number in the pad, then tapping it in the grid, forcing me to turn off the number selected in the pad to change to the next number is a terribly inefficient and non-intuitive design. I am not pleased. I hope I can restore to an earlier version. The prior version I would rate a solid 4 plus.

3.1 broke after PadOS 14.2 update, but reinstall fixed it
This was a decent little app (after glitches a few years ago) until I updated my IPad Pro to OS 14.2
Following the upgrade the app shut down almost immediately. However, deleting the app and then reloading it (and then restoring the payment recorded by Apple) seems to have fixed it. So, one more tiny glitch, but back to being handy for those times when you’re stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing to occupy your mind.

Crashes with 14.2 update
This is my favorite app on my iPad, the only problem is that with the 14.2 u[date the app crashes every time that I try to start it.
iPhone Version?
Excellent App. Want to be able to find a version for my iPhone, tough. Is there a version of this App for the phone?
No highlighting
Without highlighting, this is just another clone. It has a nice clean interface, but lacks features to make it competitive. So many better puzzles out there.

The new update is has addressed my complaints. In fact it is now better.
Delete No Longer?
What happened to the edit/delete tool for saved puzzles? Now must just continually add? Pretty ugly!!
Can't Delete Now!
Now can't delete saved puzzles, only save additional ones! Horrible situation! please fix this ASAP. Happened with new version allowing light dark option.
It's Ruined!
I used to play this all the time but since the latest "updates" it useless. It either cycles through the set up or doesn't respond at all, when it does it has duplicate numbers in adjacent cells and removes numbers when you click on an empty cell. All very disappointing.
Dark design returns
Good. I was disappointed when the 'brown paper' background vanished, but it's back now.
Classic option restored
Thank you for listening and restoring the original design. Best sudoku game for iPad or iPhone.
The white is optional now
Thanks for allowing the darker background again, much easer on the eyes, once again a wonderful 5 star game.
