For some strange reason no matter how I printed it the sudoku puzzle couldn’t find a valid answer. Doesn’t work, extremely confusing to use, wouldn’t recommend. Use a different app.

Works like a charm if photo quality is adequate

Make sure you take the photo of the sudoku puzzle with good lighting and without distortion then the app will do just what it is supposed to do. I tested it with some sudokus with the size of approximately 10 by 10 cm printed on non glossy paper with plain white background and recognition was 100% correct.
