Just got this in the mail and tested it out, works well and zero latency. Cleaned out my ears.

Best Gadget for ear cleaning
It works well for me, and I had no problem connecting to the app and viewing my ear while I was cleaning out my earwax.
Frustrated
This used to work rather well. Not any more. It just doesn’t seem to want to connect. So, it’s useless. I don’t recommend it.

It worked a few times now I can’t even get the app to work I can see the camera connects to my phone but the app will not show the image.

Very Suspect App
Although the developer (Chinese) claims no data is collected, it insists on connecting via wi-fi to access your entire system and any devices connected to it. It also wants full access to
Photos and videos, and insists on using a cellular connection to your router. There is no way to isolate this tool once it takes over. No one really knows what it’s accessing or why. I got it to work, and it’s very helpful in removing ear wax, but I suspect it’s doing something in the background that is highly suspicious. I’m going to shop for a similar tool that is blu-tooth capable.

Why the connection system?
Works great would be 5 stars but like… why does it emit Its own WiFi signal instead of Bluetooth… weird…

Connects, but can switch to left ear
My camera connects to the app no problem, but the issue now is clicking the lower left to switch to the left ear doesn't work.
Issues with camera
It’s a little sketch that we have to connect to “WiFi” but it works. I’m not sure if it’s due to the updates but I’m no longer able to view the left side camera.
Ear Infection
When my parents tried to use this tool on my ear it hurt a little but then the next day at about 1 am my ear was in ABSOLUTE PAIN so my parents took me to Valley Children’s and we had to wait there for 8 HOURS but when we finally got into a room they cleaned out my ear so good I feel like I can hear from a mile away but then the doctor told me I had an ear infection behind my ear drum on my left ear which is the one that was hurting so DO NOT USE THIS TOOL IfYOU DON’T WANT AN EAR INFECTION. This tool should be illegal.

Works as advertised
Sure there’s broken English but you can understand what you need to do. Works just fine, like the others no clue why the rating is low. 17 Pro Max
Busted app
App used to work. Now it freezes for a few seconds every 10 secs or so. Unreliable now
App won’t connect
App refuses to connect. I joined the device’s WiFi and gave the app permission to find local network devices. But the app is forever stuck in “you must give this app permission.” Total garbage.

Truly—mine functioned perfectly. It was incredibly interesting to see the tympanic membrane up close and personal like that—and quite gross, haha. Non-healthcare folks: do take extra special care to not insert the tool too far into your ear; you have very delicate structures in there! Don’t get too aggressive (even though it’s soooo satisfying to get gunk out)!! 😇
