CPU partner plays nothing like it should. Holding on to aces and 7’s to just get trumped later on during the game. Game is terrible

My partner loses the game constantly
I like the game play and the graphics. My one complaint is that in solo game, my partner consistently fails to play a trump card when that is clearly the right play, causing me to lose the game.
