In the past the app allowed us to make a canvas filled with photos now it's just become a messaging syste. Why would you change it? Like I'm generally curious because I don't even use the app anymore. I don’t want to uninstall it bit it’s become a waste of space right now
Friendwall: a friend-based discrimination
I used to have nice profile set up in this app and now I can’t get there. It’s behind this stupid “Friendwall”. I don’t have any friends! And it’s a trend now.

This app was better before
I downloaded this app when it was called ID, and I liked it WAY better before. First of all the new name and logo are ugly. The chat things are weird because that’s really not why I got the app, I can just text my friends on iMessage. But the biggest problem I have is the stickers. Before you could search for a sticker and so many options would come up even if you asked for the most random thing. Now it won’t even pull anything up for the simplest things. I typed in things like “vintage car”, “wildflower”, “Ireland”, and “Apple cider” and no results. Why this change 😭 that feature was the best part of the app because it made it SO EASY to find exactly what I want and not have to spend a million years looking on the web for the picture and cutting it out perfectly to make a sticker. Please whatever you’ve done, put it back 😩

Un avenir prometteur
Je pense que Sugar (et Bump par la même occasion) apporte un vent de fraîcheur dans un monde d’applications aseptisées qui se ressemblent et se confondent. Seul bémol pour moi : il faudrait être plus souple sur la gestion des contacts, les autoriser les importe tous dans les discussions, et si on retire l’autorisation d’accès aux contacts, ils restent quand même coincés dans l’app. C’est dommage, ça rend l’expérience pleine de parasites car on ne veut pas forcément voir des contacts pros, scolaires ou autre sur Sugar. Pensez à améliorer la gestion des contacts et la suppression des discussions dans vos prochaines mises à jour et ce sera un grand 5 étoiles pour moi !

too easy to accidentally add friends
i was browsing the list of people you may know, tapped on someone’s profile photo to see if i knew them, and it automatically sent them a friend request with no way to revoke. tapping the profile picture should take you to their profile, and only the Add button should let you add. user error here can be a socially mortifying interaction

I’m loving being able to express myself beyond the usual boundaries. Amazing app!
frustrating
it’s a really fun idea which is what makes it all the more frustrating and crushing when it messes up and corrupts my work. i kept thinking it was user error but i could get my ID to a state i liked it and it would look like that for 2 or so days before all the text would disappear and the stickers would turm back into regular images. how am i supposed to ask friends to waste their time on something like this?

Cannot explain how much I love this app! It is a whole lot better than any messaging app I’ve used on iPhone! I thank the creators of this wonderful app with its great features it provides! 😀😀😀
