I think sugarcoded is a new fav app, everyone else is saying they cant get it to work. you need patience for it to work and once you get it working its super fun, i had the toy since i was 8

When I got this after it didn’t connect to my iPad I thought this wouldn’t work but when I tried it on my phone it worked and I was able to move it around the room. I don’t know what happened to the other people but I refreshed my screen and the smart gurl showed up so I pressed on her and when she’s green that means that she’s connected to your device. But before you do all this get a battery and read the instructions and make sure it’s on, you need to put the girl on the scooter first and when the lights turn on and it starts moving back and forth it’s on. You can now use free play but not gonna lie the other stuff didn’t work for me, 4/5.

Soldout toy yet, App falls short
Needless to say my niece was so so excited when we decided to get this! However after countless times of pairing, troubleshooting, restarting, and some tears we unfortunately cannot get the toy to connect with the iPad. 100% a bust! The apps connectivity between the siggy (Bluetooth) and out new updatd iPad fall far short then expected... really disappointed to also learn of the other frustrated customer reviews regarding the same thing... Great idea to connect the toy to an iPad but God could you please make it a little bit easier for us?

Sounds super fun but the second I tried to play I could not even get the Siggy it is super complicated and would not recommend for 4 years old or any age. Please fix the game because it could be so fun and awesome.
Expensive Barbie
This is mostly an expensive Barbie. The app is poorly designed and crashes constantly. We’ve had it sitting on a shelf for a year and decided to try again today and it still doesn’t work well and hasn’t been updated. Too bad because great idea.
Smartgurlz simply never worked
The title says it all. We did everything right...new battery, reload app, connect Bluetooth, but repeatedly got the message “there’s a communication problem, try again”. It never worked, new out of the box. Huge disappointment and waste of money. Just another doll.
Siggy Doll
This the worst app and device. Do not buy this toy for your child. You will be wasting money. It doesn’t work!
Does not work and no response from support
The app fails to update the device and will not work out of the box. I sent an email to the support inbox but haven’t gotten any response. It’s very disappointing, my daughter and I were very excited to play with this.

Love shark tank,👍💕bought siggy right after seeing episode but we have been using a few days now and there are MAJOR bugs!
first off why does the refresh tab on top left change the language and then only way back to English is to close and reopen app? Makes no sense and way to easy to accidentally touch! Second why no options in path and free play to control light and horn? Third in missions it is very difficult to code when we have to “memorize” the map then write code, very difficult to keep switching back and forth to map, it needs to be split screen so map is always visible or an icon to just toggle back and forth. Fourth, in missions There is no tutorial how to know what to do? For example, the purple lines come up as 4 inches and then when you go to code it you have to remember how many purple lines and multiply that by 4 to code in the total number of inches than its still wrong? This is way too difficult for our 6 year old and even us adults, lol 😏. It needs to be simplified with just counting the purple lines and putting number for how many purple lines as the distance or have a way to put in your child’s age and it will adjust the difficulty accordingly. A tutorial that walks the child through it would be nice!
Fifth, the siggy power battery pack terminals are backwards!! Really? Did no one try it out b4 production? I had to do some serious twisting and “fanangaling” to get the power pack to plug in and then screw in!! All that for an additional 25$ ?😡
Siggy does take about 10 seconds of holding her still to get her to balance but then she stays up and it fun to play with! Overall great toy, just needs refinement.
