About

Sukari Sukari is a calm, considered way to track your blood glucose. No accounts, no ads, no cloud. Just your data, on your device, in a notebook that is actually pleasant to use. Built for people who track because they have to, not because they want a game. What you get Clear, editorial home screen Your latest reading takes center stage in a large serif type you can read from across the room, with classification low, normal, high, very high, along with time and context at a glance. Quick logging Tap the plus button to open a clean, focused sheet. Enter a value, choose a context such as fasting, before meal, after meal, bedtime, or random, and save. Sukari remembers your last context and pre fills it next time. Apple Health integration Sukari automatically mirrors every reading into Apple Health and can backfill your existing readings when you first enable it. Your clinician and other health apps stay in sync. Daily reminders Set a quiet reminder at a time that works for you. No streaks, no pressure, just a gentle nudge if you want one. After meal follow ups When you log a before meal reading, Sukari can schedule a follow up notification at your chosen time, defaulting to 2.5 hours later, so you do not forget your after meal check. Smart history Readings are grouped by Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, and Earlier. Filter by context or date range to find what you need. Tap to edit, long press to delete. Widgets View your latest reading from your Home Screen or Lock Screen. Tap the widget to quickly log a new entry. Export options Export your data as a clinician ready PDF or a raw CSV for spreadsheets. Share via Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or save to Files. Exports respect your filters. Key metrics Sukari calculates time in range, 7 day average, and adherence automatically and displays them clearly at the top of the screen. Flexible units Switch between mmol per litre and mg per decilitre at any time. Sukari keeps all calculations consistent internally. Light and dark mode Both modes are carefully designed from scratch, not simply inverted. Truly local All data is stored privately on your device. No backend, no analytics, no tracking. If you delete the app, your data goes with it. Who Sukari is for People living with diabetes, whether Type 1, Type 2, gestational, or pre diabetic, who need a thoughtful way to track readings. Caregivers tracking for someone else. Anyone using a glucometer who is tired of spreadsheets or apps that feel like games. Privacy Sukari does not collect, transmit, or sell any data. No accounts. No servers. No third party SDKs. Your readings stay on your device unless you choose to export or sync with Apple Health. A note Sukari is a logging tool, not a medical device. Always consult your healthcare provider for treatment decisions. Classification ranges used in Sukari are general clinical guidance: Low below 4.0 mmol per litre Normal 4.0 to 7.7 High 7.8 to 11.0 Very high 11.1 and above Your personal targets may differ.
