Simply unreliable, app is useless
They asked me to download the app. I made a booking on a calendar in one of the available slots. Later they cancelled it saying that they didn’t have any maid available. If nobody was available, why were they showing availability on the calendar? I was in the area where they claim to provide service. So the app is useless.
