We added new features to make every part of it easy to use in just one tap. By allowing multiple delivery request management, to bidding and completing request to satisfy our customer delivery needs. We added 3-way chat feature for delivery requests created from orders to our business partners. This improves transparency and communication to understand customer preferences. Easier profile management for our drivers to easily update their requirements via the app.
