About
Seekers fire paint to find a hidden octopus. Sukoshi Tako is a 3D hide-and-seek game where you hide by painting yourself.
Note: text inside the app is in Japanese. The game is played with simple touch controls and an illustrated how-to-play guide.
ONE ROUND
- Hiding: walk to a spot, use the dropper to pick up nearby colors and paint your body, choose a pose, and lock in your hiding spot
- Seeking: walk, look around, and fire paint at whatever looks slightly off. Hit the hider and you found them. Hold to keep firing
- If nobody finds you, the octopus wins. Results give you a title
THREE WAYS TO PLAY
- Solo: hide, then find yourself. Your first round is a guided practice
- Group: share a room code and play with two or more. Players split into hiders and seekers
- Worldwide: find hiding spots left by players around the world, and leave your own. Nobody needs to be online at the same time
SEVEN COURSES
A midnight burger park, a sweets garden, a grand-staircase station, a white town at sunset, a sunken ship in a coral valley, a sleeping king's pyramid, and a paint museum. Each has its own colors and shapes, so hiding works differently in each.
