Too many updates
So this is a great app!!! However, every time I open it, there’s a new update to download. It’s pretty annoying tbh.

it took away my points in the monthly point redeem section. Theres no “redeem” button, so if you click on the image at all, it takes your points. Lost 200$ of points to ts, annoying but customer service hasn’t responded about returning the points even though I haven’t spent the code. The app itself is very wuick, i wish you could save specific shades, but otherwise, pretty good.

0 stars because why does any product that I choose and add to my cart says: “Could not add item to cart”???? The app itself is unusable at this point.

Can’t remove things from cart
I constantly have to open and close the app in order to remove things from my cart. When I click the trash button, the item continues to be in my cart. A little frustrating, they need to fix this

Reward Points Expire
Last August 28, I purchased a product worth 25 points. However, my points expired the next day. How come the points i earned the day before was included? I wasn’t notified that it was gonna expire. I get that some points are going to expire, however, how come the points i earned the day before is included?

i love the app so far but its not giving me any points on when i followed them on tiktok or insta , PLS GIVE ME POINTS
never sent my order.
they never sent my order. i emailed multiple times to get no reply . they eventually said “i didn’t add the adress correctly “ even though i did and i even sent the adress again. after countless times over MONTHS of asking for a refund (i payed over £100 for my items ) i still got no reply from customer service. basically a scam… please don’t order from here.
