App is not consistent
App is never consistent. It doesn’t always give the notifications until you log in. I have called several times on it but they just seem to dismiss it and not pay the attention it needs
Worst Banking app on the planet imo
I am constantly having to turn on and off my phone to reset this app , I get all the updates and still trash , I go to see my balances and won’t sign me in after I turn off my I phone and then on again it lets me but say I check my balances a hour or two later after making a purchase once again I have to turn off my I phone and reset it , I have called to complain to their I T department and it goes on deaf ears , I hate this Bank app !

annoying
just overall not a good app. It’s difficult to navigate. I constantly have to turn instant balance and FaceID back on because it will randomly turn off. I think that the app works fine for what I need, it’s just annoying to navigate and needs a little work to improve its functionality.
Doesn’t Work All The Time
Frequently gets stuck loading or says it is unavailable. Constantly needing to re-enable face recognition. Great when it works.

Not everyone can update to 13.0 , as a result we can’t use the app ! Very unhappy and feel you should have a option for the update to us that can’t

I'm completely in love with the banks new ap! Makes online banking so much easier and so much faster! Haven't had any technical errors yet!
