This app is horrible people I have talked to that try to use it have bad things to say. I tried to create acct with my card I use and it constantly throws up errors. I finally gave up and deleted the useless thing. Judging by the ratings, they need to work on their problems with this app

When the app is first used, it requires you to login. No option to create an account, login or forgot password option. No way to back out to view menu options.
Trouble
I have downloaded the app registered my account and card just to be told my account isn’t registered. I have also confirmed my email. I am a bit disappointed.

The app wants you to sign in to an account but there’s no place to sign up for an account! Totally useless.

Whoever created this app definitely did NOT beta test it on the iPhone. Loaded the app, but as a new user, there is no way for me to enter my email and create a password. So into the trash this app goes!!

App is useless. Tells me my account doesn’t exist, but I can log in to their website using the same username and password. Website is pretty bad as well.

This app is useless. Can’t sign in. Says the password is wrong but it will not let me reset the password. Never sends the reset link to the email.

Recently moved to this area and neighbors recommended Sullivans for grocery shopping. They said Sullivans is the best store to shop and you have a great rewards mobile app. Before visiting your store I downloaded your app. Downloading the app and signing up for your rewards program was easy, and not complicated.To my surprise I received Free points for signing up. You have won over a new customer after my husband & I first visit to your store. Friendly, Bright, Clean, Great Produce.. At check out I opened your app on my cell phone, I presented it to your cashier to sign in to your rewards program to earn points and to my surprise, we received one of our items for Free!!
We had a GREAT shopping experience and mobile app very easy to use. My neighbor was right, Great store. We can tell the owner and store manager care about the customers.

Can’t sign in
Took forever to be able to download the app, and I’m having the same user issue others have mentioned. Can’t get any help in the store or via the Facebook page. So far a complete waste of time. Y’all really need to stop advertising an app that clearly doesn’t work.
Sign in, user not found,
I’ve registered my account, logged in, and tried to access weekly ads, coupons, rewards, etc….. only to be prompted to “sign in” AGAIN….. when I try to, the system says “user not found”. Have had this app for a couple years, and never been able to use it. Card scans fine at the store, points built up but cannot use the app.

It won’t give me a barcode so I thought maybe I should update my info but it won’t update either! It. Does. NOTHING.
Trouble
All I have had is trouble with this app. I have it Downloaded and signed up for email updates; but EVERY TIME i try to sign in, I get a message saying email not in system. Them I go to my profile and complete the information and then I receive a message “Id already exists, use login”.
I just keep going in circles. Frustrating!

Cannot sign in
Tried to create an account “account already created” Tried to log in “user has not created account”. Ridiculous!!!

This app is useless. I setup an account and it will continuously ask me to sign back in and then tells me my account doesn’t exist. I go back to setup an account again and it tells me I already have one. Just a vicious circle. Why make an app that can’t be used?
Weekly ad
I hate having to sign in to see the weekly sales ad!
