Great app for learning but keeps taking payment when subscription was cancelled
My children enjoyed the app to reinforce their learning. The tasks and games make learning fun.
But I put in a request months ago (the beginning of the year) to cancel my subscription as it’s no longer required. But still they are trying to take payment from my account which is very concerning. I can only come to the conclusion they have ignored my request to cancel my subscription which doesn’t feel me with trust and will put me off using the app in the future or recommend it

It’s great but…
Don’t get me wrong sumdog is a great app but hear me out I’ve had to deal with it for 7+ years and I’m getting quite sick of it and guys the avatar items are bad you should fix that, but other than that it’s good.
Sumdog is awesome 🤩
So think about all of the things you can do in sumdog its like real life
