Phone Call Recording Not Working
Contacted support, haven't heard back for 4 days. Issue still unresolved.
Mediocre for the price
There are hundreds of apps that can transcribe and summarize meetings so if I’m paying I expect more than just a decent summary. The app is so buggy when trying to use features like naming speakers, and downloading transcripts. Basic functionality that I’d expect to work. Then when I reach out to support they take forever to respond and when they do their assistance is useless. I really tried to make this work for me for 6 months to no avail.

Excellent note taker, back to back call struggles though
Wow, should have used one sooner. The note taking is awesome, and the summaries and largely accurate. Minor spelling and grammar mistakes here and there, it does take some liberties in the summary to I’ve found. I would never just copy/paste and email the summary to everyone without first proofreading it.
Biggest issue is I have is with back to back calls, the previous calls processing can take 5-10minutes before a different call can be recorded. So several calls a week I’m recording incomplete calls due to the processing delays before recording can begin for another call.
