I think this is a great app for taking notes for those who need it multiple times and are willing to pay for the convenience. Loved the summary feature!

Excellent summation of entire MD visit with 99% accuracy; I was able to share with daughter of patient quickly and daughter very pleased with detail of visit encounter with doctor. Very helpful for detailed doctor visits including upcoming appointments with variety of medical professionals including time of appointment and name of provider. Text, PDF and audio recording options! I’m impressed!

Great tool from what I can tell so far, but there should be a warning that says to not exit the app while a recording is uploading as I lost my whole meeting notes.

Often doesn’t work, usually on the most important meetings. Always take your own back up notes. Also really difficult to get audio from phone in to the app

Thinking about half the time that my mom always used to tell me there were things that I needed to do. She reminded me how to be present in the day and not focus on yesterday. Tomorrow she always say that you need to allow God in your life and never expect him to come right away.
Best app for college students
Who ever invented this app was a genius, this app is so helpful when it comes to my lectures. Especially when I missed some key topics that the professor is lecturing. I get to record my professors lectures then it converts them into study notes. It makes life so much easier without the stress. I’m so glad that I had came across this engenious application. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

App works great but I can’t send summaries. Support is barely there and automated responses only that they will get back to me. It’s been a month and the app is essentially non- functional for my us.
Very Poor Quality Transcripts
I really wanted to like this app because it has a lot of potential, but after using it for several months, I’m extremely disappointed.
The biggest issue is speaker identification (diarization). I regularly record business meetings with 6–8 participants, yet the transcripts typically identify only 2–3 speakers. Multiple people are merged into the same speaker label, making it nearly impossible to determine who actually said what. In some cases, male and female speakers are also incorrectly identified. This significantly reduces the value of the transcripts for professional use.
What has been even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. I have reported this issue multiple times over several months and have sent detailed examples explaining the problem. I even followed up asking whether the issue had been reproduced, whether improvements were planned, or if there were recommended recording settings that could help. Unfortunately, I have received little to no meaningful response.
I understand that no software is perfect, but acknowledging customer feedback and providing updates goes a long way. Instead, I was left wondering whether my reports were ever reviewed.
If your meetings involve only one or two people, this app may work well. However, if you depend on accurate speaker attribution in meetings with multiple participants, be aware that the current speaker identification can be unreliable.
Until the company significantly improves speaker diarization and becomes more responsive to customer feedback, I cannot recommend this app for professional meeting transcription.
