The water in dads ear is dumb

When you go to the beach doctor and get to the dad you have a cotton ball and the inside of his ear??when you move only a tiny bit it sends you back is dumb I have been doing it for 3 hours and still hasn’t finished that thing make it easier!! Or get rid of it my mom tried it and couldn’t get it so did my dad is big sister and my brother STLL COULDNT GET IT delete that thing or make it easier
